Job Description
Join our team as an Entry-Level Clean Room Technician at our High Point site in High Point, NC. Our mission is to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by producing capsules for various companies. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and essential environment, contributing to the production of over-the-counter medications, prescription drugs, and nutritional supplements.
Responsibilities
Learn to clean medicine tanks in the Medicine department by mixing powders and water to create liquid medicine.Acquire skills in cleaning gelatin tanks in the Gelatin department by mixing chemicals, powders, and water.Master the task of spreading capsules in the Encapsulation department where medicine is placed inside gelatin.Perform tray-by-tray inspections and clean shallow capsule trays in the Post Production department as part of the final stages before boxing and shipping.Essential Skills
High school diploma is required.Strong work ethic and determination.Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior clean room experience is a plus.Familiarity with cleanroom operations, work instructions, and detail-oriented production tasks.Experience in pharmaceutical, production line, warehouse pick/pack, machine operation, kitting, assembly, and inspection is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work in a cleanroom pharmaceutical facility that requires top-down gowning. The work environment is structured around a rotating schedule with two shifts: day (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) and night (7:00 pm - 7:00 am). Each shift includes two 30-minute breaks, with specific start times determined by department management. This position involves working in a clean and controlled environment, ensuring precision and safety in all tasks.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of High Point, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.25 - $17.25/hr.
