Job Description
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. This role will be responsible for assembling various components into finished products according to specifications, blueprints, or work orders. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Follow safety protocols and procedures of the company, including wearing safety shoes, glasses, and ear protection.Use all tools in a safe manner and maintain a clean and tidy work area.Read diagrams and schematics of the product to assure that the assembly is accurate.Ensure the quality of the structure by checking that the product is level and square.Pay attention to detail when checking components used on structure builds, like corner posts, roofs, and covers, for damages such as dents and scratches.Essential Skills
Ability to work with concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience working as an Assembler in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with assembly tools and techniques.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a brand new facility with an expected headcount of 200-250 people on site. The environment is a manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Candidates are required to wear steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and either long pants or cut-resistant sleeves, which will be supplied. Be prepared to stand or walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 lbs. The position operates on a rotating 2-2-3 shift schedule from 6 am to 6 pm. Training will be provided during the first week.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
