Responsibilities
Assemble products by following work instructions and using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.Install components like latches, lids, hardware, casters, graphics, hinges, and wiring based on product requirements.Apply graphics, decals, and vinyl branding; perform detail cleaning, finishing steps, and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.Review work orders, build sheets, and pick lists to understand daily assembly requirements; stage materials and parts; and move finished products to the correct areas for packaging or shipping.Communicate shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals and cross-train across multiple lines to support production needs.Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attendance and reliability.Basic mechanical skills or comfort using tools.Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
