**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description**
As an Assembler, you will measure, cut, and assemble fiber cables according to blueprints or work instructions. You will meticulously feed each colored wire through a connector, ensuring perfect accuracy. After adding epoxy and pulling the wires through, you will cure the assembly, polish it, and test connections for functionality. You'll use small hand tools and microscopes as needed to complete these tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Measure, cut, and place fiber cables into clips.
+ Follow blueprints or work instructions to assemble wires.
+ Feed colored wires through connectors with precision.
+ Apply epoxy and complete the coating of wires.
+ Use curing devices and polish assemblies.
+ Test connections to ensure proper functionality.
+ Utilize small hand tools and microscopes as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6 months to 1+ year of manufacturing experience with small parts or medical device assembly.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to accurately see and place colored wires.
+ Experience with or ability to work under a microscope.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in Guidewire, Hand tool, Microscope assembly, Clean room assembly, Wiring, Catheter assembly, Wire assembly, Blueprint reading, Medical assembly, Production, Electronics.

**Work Environment**
Work in a newly renovated, rapidly expanding facility. This clean room environment does not require specific dress codes, but you will wear a smock during tasks. The facility operates on a first shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm, and a second shift from 3:15pm-1:15am. Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays. **Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
