Assembler – Advanced Level

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Friday/weekend work)

Location: Mesa, Arizona

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing complex assembly tasks, interpreting detailed blueprints, and troubleshooting to ensure product functionality. You will also mentor junior assemblers, uphold safety standards, and collaborate across departments to improve manufacturing processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications.Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve assembly issues.Train and mentor junior assemblers on techniques, safety, and quality standards.Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.Recommend process improvements for efficiency and waste reduction.Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve design/manufacturing challenges.Conduct final quality inspections and functional testing.Maintain inventory of parts and materials.Assist with setup, calibration, and operation of automated/semi-automated equipment.Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.Essential Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibilities.Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and schematics.Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to train and mentor team members.Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to meet deadlines under pressure without compromising quality.Additional SkillsExperience with mechanical assembly of small and large parts.Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.Ability to assemble parts accurately using schematics with minimal errors.Why Join Us?Work in a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned facility in Mesa, AZ.Competitive salary, comprehensive medical benefits, and 401(k) plan.Inclusive, diversity-friendly environment with career growth opportunities.Participate in the green industry transformation.Onsite electric vehicle charging stations and Employee Assistance Program.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Friday/weekend work).Physical demands: Lift up to 35 lbs., stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders.PPE required; good manual dexterity essential.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ 85212.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
