NOW HIRING – Assembly Technician (Electrical Wiring Background Required)
Location: Fenton, MO

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on assembly work, inspection, and adherence to production instructions and quality standards. Candidates must have electrical wiring experience and be able to lift up to 35 lbs continuously.

Shift & Pay Information

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday | Rate: $17.73/hr

Job Responsibilities Obtain work orders from lead personnel Review Bill of Materials (BOM) for part descriptions, quantities, and requirements Read and follow routing instructions accurately; report labor to correct sequence Inspect all parts prior to and during use Inspect flanges with a .0015” feeler gage (no deeper than 1/8”) Check for porosity, damaged threads, paint issues, missing features, etc. Lubricate designated threaded areas Remove nonconforming materials to designated areas Maintain a clean and organized work area Return tools/equipment to proper locations after use Use downtime constructively (restock bins, prep area, etc.)Requirements Electrical wiring background required Ability to lift up to 35 lbs continuously Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Ability to work overtime when needed
