Job Title: Switch Board Assembler
Location: Tulsa
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Switch Board Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring switch board units on a conveyor line. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and wire switch board units with approximately 25 wires eachRead and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams accuratelyUse hand and power tools for precise mechanical assemblyPerform electronic and panel wiring, including soldering and crimpingCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsAdapt to changing daily production needs and flexible assignmentsEssential Skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams3+ years of mechanical assembly experience1–2 years of electrical assembly experience, including wiringAdditional Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
