**Job Title: Assembler - Continental Nights** **Job Description** This position involves assembling parts according to drawings and procedures using tools and fasteners. **Responsibilities** + Perform a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations for units of varying shapes and sizes. + Follow specified methods and procedures to assemble using hand and power tools, as well as test equipment. + Conduct, analyze, and record test results. + Ensure all job requirements are met before leaving the work center. + Meet or exceed established production levels. + Participate in supplier development. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly. + 1+ year of experience with quality inspection. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Experience working with schematics and diagrams. + Ability to lift 50 lbs or more. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Blueprint reading + Electrical and mechanical assembly + Wiring **Why Work Here?** After one year with the company, employees are eligible for profit sharing which contributes an additional 10%—approximately $10,000 annually—into an RRSP account. The facility spans over 200,000 square feet and is very clean and well-lit.
