Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Covington, GA

Pay Range: $15 - 16/hour

Shift: Days (06:00-14:30)

What's the Job?

Use a variety of equipment such as inspection tools, light equipment, and handcarts to move materials, parts, assemblies, and scrap products within the plant, office, or warehouse. Sort and inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met. Read rulers and measurements accurately to verify parts and assemblies. Maintain quality records, document procedures, and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality guidelines. Work under general to limited supervision, following prescribed steps and scientific methods.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. At least one year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality position. Ability to work the scheduled overtime hours and perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 lbs. Good vision, manual dexterity, and ability to read measurements. Effective communication skills and basic computer literacy.
