**Job Description**
We are seeking an assembler to join our optical connectivity department. The primary responsibility is to conduct quality control by comparing pieces against blueprints to ensure they meet requirements. This role involves plugging connectors into a testing machine that determines pass or fail status. The assembler will document the results and reasons using computer systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform quality control checks against blueprints.
+ Operate testing machines to assess product compliance.
+ Document pass/fail results and reasons in computer systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in quality control.
+ Ability to read blueprints.
+ Capability to perform repetitive testing.
+ Proficient in documentation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in electrical assembly.
+ Familiarity with PCB and flexible circuit boards.
+ Experience in testing electrical connections, blueprint reading, electrical wiring, and soldering.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is very clean, temperature-controlled, and aesthetically pleasing, offering a conducive space for manufacturing. Each department operates in its own lab or cleanroom area.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naperville, IL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
