**Assembler - Elgin, IL** 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday $16/hr - **PAID HOLIDAYS/CAN START ASAP!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being on their feet for the entire day and possess a strong ability to work collaboratively with others. You will also have the opportunity to be cross-trained in various areas of the assembly process. **Responsibilities** + Document what is received during the Receiving process. + Perform Factory Reset by manually pressing a button. + Conduct Automatic Test by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs. + Perform Wi-Fi Test and Elevated Temperature Test. + Conduct Cosmetic Clean and Cosmetic Repair. + Execute In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Assemble kits and build pallets for shipment. + Ship completed products. + Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable standing for long periods. + Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, pick, packing, and repair. + Knowledge of repair parts and refurbishment. + Ability to perform quality inspections and electronic assembly. + Proficiency in using test equipment, RF scanners, computers, and power tools. + Hand dexterity and punctuality. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing team at the start of a major partnership, offering opportunities for career advancement into leadership roles.
