**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to assemble products accurately.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform assembly tasks.
+ Inspect parts and finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
+ Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel promptly.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to read and understand technical documents and instructions.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
+ Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems.
+ Familiarity with HVAC components or similar equipment.
+ Ability to troubleshoot minor assembly issues independently.
+ Experience with soldering, wiring, or brazing techniques.
+ Competence in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
+ Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement practices.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in an indoor manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and moderate noise levels. The environment is temperature controlled and well-lit, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). We pride ourselves on maintaining a family-oriented workplace.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Germantown, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
