**Job Title: Assembly Line Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality doors and frames. You will be responsible for one of the seven critical steps in our assembly line, ensuring efficiency and precision in the construction process. **Responsibilities** + Assemble doors and frames on an assembly line. + Perform tasks such as stapling the frame, applying glue, adding the core, setting the front and back, stacking products on pallets, and moving them to compression machines. + Meet production targets of approximately 1200 doors daily, stacking in groups of 30 for compression. + Read and follow blueprints and work instructions accurately. + Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively. + Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of general assembly experience in a production environment. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions. + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Any woodworking experience is a plus. + Experience in carpentry, mechanical assembly, and general labor. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a positive culture with a clean, climate-controlled environment that offers room for growth. Some sections may be dusty with running saws and sanders, creating a louder environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaylord, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
