Medical Device Assembly Technician – 1st Shift ($20/hr)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $20/hour

About the Role

Join a growing medical device manufacturing team where your work directly impacts patient care. As a Medical Device Assembly Technician, you’ll assemble high‑quality medical equipment used in hospital rooms. This role is ideal for individuals with hands‑on mechanical aptitude and an interest in building products that make a difference.

What You’ll DoAssemble medical devices using screws, fasteners, and up to 30–50 small partsFollow established assembly instructions, work instructions, and quality standardsDocument defects, errors, and any deviations in the assembly processPerform final testing on sub‑assemblies to ensure proper functionRotate across six workstations with cross‑training opportunitiesMaintain accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detailWhat You Bring2–3 years of assembly or manufacturing experienceAbility to follow written processes, solve problems, and maintain documentationExperience using hand tools and basic measurement equipmentAbility to lift and package assemblies up to 45 lbsStrong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasksEnglish communication skills (written & verbal)Preferred QualificationsInterest in the medical device industryMechanical aptitude (e.g., building or fixing things at home)Experience with power tools, soldering, mechanical assembly, or electrical componentsComputer proficiency, including MS WordWhy You’ll Love Working Here4% 401(k) matchFull health, dental, and vision benefitsApprox. 5% annual production bonus in the first yearYearly review with 2–4% performance-based increasesA clean, state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facilitySupportive team environment with opportunities to learn new skillsWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
