First Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMSecond Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PMThird Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AMNote: All shifts may require overtime and working three out of four Saturdays per month. Orientation is mandatory for the first two days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), with initial training on First Shift.Position Summary

We are seeking skilled Assemblers with experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly to join our fast-paced production team. This hands-on role involves building and testing components for trucks and heavy equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install hydraulic components for cranes, diggers, booms, and trucksPerform complex mechanical assembly and hydraulic functional testingRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsUse hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision measuring instrumentsInstall and troubleshoot electrical wiring systems and componentsAssemble electronic systems and support structures using rivets and boltsInstall lights, strobe lights, backup alarms, trailer plugs, and camerasClean parts using appropriate solutions and toolsInspect and test equipment to ensure it meets customer specificationsComplete documentation, checklists, and defect reports accuratelyMaintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety regulationsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic understanding of hydraulic principlesAbility to read tape measures, blueprints, and comprehend written instructionsBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessPreferred SkillsVocational or technical training in mechanical or electrical fieldsExperience with hand and power toolsExperience in mechanical assembly and troubleshootingFamiliarity with hydraulic and electrical systemsWork EnvironmentFast-paced, performance-driven manufacturing settingThe facility is not climate-controlledDress code: plain-colored T-shirts, jeans, and steel-toe shoesPhysical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive tasksWhy Join Us?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.30 - $21.80/hr.
