The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling fabricated components to construct walk-in freezers and coolers. This role involves working with sheet metal and wood using various hand tools. Proficiency in reading a tape measure is essential.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble fabricated components to build walk-in freezers and coolers.Work with sheet metal and wood using various hand tools.Accurately read and interpret tape measures.Participate in assembly line production and mechanical assembly tasks.Follow blueprints, schematics, and power tool instructions.Engage in tasks similar to construction, carpentry, and roofing.Essential SkillsProficiency in assembly, carpentry, and woodworking.Experience with sheet metal and hand tools.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Competence in using tape measures and power tools.Capability to perform general labor and packaging tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic math and reading comprehension skills.Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.Physical ability to stand and walk on concrete 100% of the workday.Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. alone and over 50 lbs. with assistance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is based in a climate-controlled facility with a carpentry-like environment. The workspace includes tools such as saws, metal forming machines, and heat presses for panels, ensuring a well-equipped setting for efficient assembly tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
