**Job Title: Assembler/Fabricator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Fabricator, where you'll work in a small shop environment assembling state-of-the-art equipment. Your primary duties will include production assembly, inventory control, and general warehouse organization. This role requires a keen eye for quality, ensuring all work meets prescribed standards. **Responsibilities** + Assemble equipment in a small shop setting. + Manage inventory control and general warehouse organization. + Utilize tools such as pipe threaders/groovers, hand tools, and pneumatic tools. + Perform low voltage electrical wiring. + Communicate clearly with personnel and customers, both verbally and in writing. + Work independently under supervision. + Maintain basic computer skills for documentation purposes. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical equipment. + Experience in fabrication, assembly, and production processes. + Knowledge of pipe fitting, construction, and industrial fitting. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Basic electrical skills, including low voltage wiring. + Competence in using power tools, including drills and impact wrenches. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with threading, mechanical assembly, and compressed air systems. + Ability to measure accurately using tape measures and understand fractions. + Skills in drilling, tapping, and securing nuts and bolts. **Why Work Here?** Experience the close-knit, family-like atmosphere of our small shop while benefiting from the resources of a larger company. The environment is non-climate controlled, which means it can get hot in the summer. You'll work the first shift, Monday through Friday, starting at 6am if needed. The role offers a hands-on experience with a range of tools and technologies in a dynamic setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
