**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** As an assembler, you will be responsible for preparing components, assembling various parts, and ensuring quality through careful inspection. You will use a variety of tools to complete tasks and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to safety standards. **Responsibilities** + Gather and inspect parts such as frames, gearboxes, handles, augers, wheels, and engine mounts. + Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to assemble components such as auger housings for snow blowers, deck assemblies for lawn mowers, and handlebar and control systems. + Verify alignment, torque specifications, and fit to ensure compliance with standards. + Follow standard work instructions and maintain accurate records of completed assemblies. + Wear personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols during assembly and equipment operation. + Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to stand and/or walk for 8–10 hours continuously. + Manual dexterity to position parts, perform fine manipulation, and handle repetitive motions, bending, twisting, and lifting at waist level. + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior assembly or blueprint experience is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** Employees receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus and have access to onsite medical and physical therapy staff. There are ample opportunities for advancement within the company. **Work Environment** The work environment is a fast-paced manufacturing floor with 1st shift hours from 4:30am to 2:30pm at Plant 3 and from 4:45am to 2:45pm at Plant 1. Tasks are repetitive, but there are opportunities for cross-training. Teamwork and continuous improvement are highly emphasized. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Hilbert, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
