**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art production facility where quality comes first. You will be responsible for assembling components by studying instructions, positioning parts, verifying specifications, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless assembly process. **Responsibilities** + Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. + Position parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements accurately. + Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies. + Verify specifications by measuring completed components meticulously. + Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications, notifying supervisor for additional resources if necessary. + Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs when needed. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. + Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies. + Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently to accomplish job results. + Document actions by completing production and quality forms and logging labor hours accurately. + Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in reading and using a measuring tape. + Efficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Reliable transportation. + Willingness to work full-time and overtime. + Availability to work the 1st shift, which can start at 5 am or 6 am. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction, manufacturing, or labor work. + Familiarity with tape measures and hand tools. **Why Work Here?** Since 1965, we have been committed to building high-quality products that last, evidenced by many of our truck campers still on the road today. Please have a updated resume ! **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
