**Job Title: Assembler ($19-$21/hr!)**
**Job Description**
Join a once in a lifetime opportunity at an exciting highly-renowned company! As an assembler, you will be responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. You will apply job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks, acquiring a working knowledge of product flow and the impact of quality. The role involves working on assignments that are routine in nature, where limited judgment is required. You must have a working knowledge of production standards and production goals and may assist in cross-training focus factory members as instructed. This position receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments, and operates within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for any deviations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read instructions daily for specific job assignments.
+ Document any defective parts as part of the 'see something, say something' policy.
+ Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts meet standards.
+ Utilize basic hand tools such as flat head screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers.
+ Understand functions of each job, which can range from 1-20 functions depending on daily work instructions.
+ Sit or stand depending on the requirements of the job line, with certain lines requiring standing.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6 months of manufacturing experience.
+ Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
+ Proficiency in reading and writing documentation.
+ Understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
+ Ability to follow blueprints and schematics.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanically inclined individuals with or without manufacturing/assembly experience.
+ Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift.
+ Ability to frequently reach at waist and occasionally above head.
+ Ability to carry up to 10 lbs and lift up to 45 lbs.
+ Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and/or stoop.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
