**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The role involves assisting assemblers, preparing materials for production, and monitoring production lines to ensure efficiency. You will be responsible for material handling and logistics, including loading and unloading materials, moving materials between storage and production areas, and packing finished products for shipment. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring equipment is clean and lubricated are key aspects of the job. **Pay: $18- $19.80** Depending on shift **Responsibilities** + Assist assemblers in their tasks. + Prepare materials for the production process. + Monitor production lines for efficiency. + Handle logistics including loading and unloading materials and products. + Move materials and finished products between storage and production areas. + Pack finished products for shipment. + Maintain a clean, organized workspace free of debris and clutter. + Clean and lubricate equipment as needed. + Move or lift heavy objects following safety guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production or industrial settings. + Ability to use hand tools effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Positive attitude and willingness to learn. + Friendly and coachable demeanor. + English as a Second Language (ESL) is acceptable. **Why Work Here?** Joining our team provides an opportunity for growth and skill development in a supportive environment. You will work on a schedule that includes first, second, and third shifts, with occasional voluntary Saturday overtime. Shift hours are as follows: 1st- 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd- 3:00pm-11:30pm, and Sunday 3rd- 11:00pm-7:30am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $17.85/hr.
