**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following assembly instructions, ensuring the correct fit of parts and assemblies, and maintaining a safe working environment. **Responsibilities** + Follow assembly instructions, processes, and procedures by reviewing assembly instructions, drawings, and parts lists. + Assemble orders by checking for correct fit and securing parts and assemblies. + Report any issues related to quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Team Leader. + Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations. + Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader or Manager. **Essential Skills** + Basic reading and math skills. + Ability to follow directions meticulously. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks. + Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Physical capability to stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls regularly. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy 20 Paid Time Off days per year, plus 9 holidays, and a competitive base salary with ongoing growth opportunities.
