**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
In this role, you will support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. You will apply job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks. You will acquire a working knowledge of product flow and the impact of quality. Your assignments will be routine in nature, requiring limited judgment, and you will work under general instructions, receiving detailed guidance on new tasks. You will operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Arrive daily at your workstation and begin by reading the job instructions.
+ Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts meet standards. Document and report any defects.
+ Utilize basic hand tools such as flathead screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Phillips screwdrivers.
+ Participate in cross-training with focus factory members as instructed.
+ Understand and perform up to 20 different functions depending on daily work instructions.
+ Adhere to the policy 'see something, say something' for quality control.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6 months of manufacturing experience.
+ Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and write effectively.
+ Capability to work in general production, assembly line settings, and handle electronics.
+ Familiarity with documentation processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanically inclined preferred.
+ Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift.
+ Capability to frequently reach at waist level and occasionally above head.
+ Strength to carry up to 10 lbs and lift up to 45 lbs.
+ Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and stoop.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
