**HIRING Assemblers - electrical assembly is a PLUS** **$18-20HR** The assembler is responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines by applying job skills and company policies and procedures. This role requires acquiring a working knowledge of product flow and the impact of quality, as well as operating within established policies and procedures. The assembler will work on assignments that are routine in nature, with limited judgment required, and will receive general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments. **Responsibilities** + Read and document instructions for the specific job each day to ensure tasks are performed correctly. + Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts are good, documenting defects according to the 'see something, say something' policy. + Utilize basic hand tools such as flathead screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers. + Assist in cross-training factory members as instructed. + Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations. The work environment is clean and temperature-controlled, providing comfortable conditions for employees. The role involves using basic hand tools and offers flexibility in tasks, with options to sit or stand depending on the job requirements.
