The assembler will work on assignments that are routine in nature, with limited judgment required, and will receive general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments. **Responsibilities** + Read and document instructions for the specific job each day to ensure tasks are performed correctly. + Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts are good, documenting defects according to the 'see something, say something' policy. + Utilize basic hand tools such as flathead screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers. + Assist in cross-training factory members as instructed. + Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations. The work environment is clean and temperature-controlled, providing comfortable conditions for employees.
