Join a dynamic team in Statesville, NC, where you'll be part of a fast-paced production assembly environment, focusing on the creation and assembly of front-end loader and smaller tractor equipment.
ResponsibilitiesPosition parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or utilize a blueprint.Assemble and fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners with hand tools, power tools, or air tools.Remove small quantities of metal to produce close fits between parts.Operate machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified.Maintain a safety-conscious attitude.Ensure the work area is clean and perform basic housekeeping duties throughout the shift.Be open to taking on additional roles as requested by supervisors or managers outside of typical assembly duties.
Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in assembly.Mechanical aptitude with experience working with hand tools and power tools.Blueprint reading experience.Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders.Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in assembly manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
The facility is climate-controlled and very clean. The standard shift is from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with the potential for work on Fridays if needed, offering a potential three-day weekend.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
