**Assembler – Aerospace Manufacturing**
**Location:** Auburn, Washington
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Early starts possible post-training)

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform pre-assembly tasks such as drilling and deburring parts
+ Assemble component parts using ground studs, nut plates, and bonding techniques
+ Operate hand and pneumatic tools
+ Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
+ Execute riveting and countersinking operations
+ Interpret and work from aerospace blueprints and schematics
**Essential Skills**
+ Prior experience in aerospace or sheet metal assembly
+ Skilled in countersinking and squeezing techniques
+ Mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude
+ Proficient with calipers, shim gauges, and height gauges
+ Ability to read and follow blueprints and instructions
+ Strong communication skills in English
+ Comfortable using various hand tools
**Additional Qualifications**
+ Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
+ Strong time management skills
+ Ability to work independently or in teams
**Work Environment**
+ Clean, organized steel and sheet metal shop
+ Aerospace parts manufacturing, including for Boeing
+ Loud and heavy-duty environment due to nature of work

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
