**Job Title: Assembler** Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Assembler who is comfortable working on their feet throughout the day. This role requires a collaborative spirit and a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas of our 12-step process. Responsibilities + Document received parts accurately. + Perform factory reset by manually pressing a button. + Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs, with cycle times of 60-90 minutes. + Execute Wi-Fi tests and elevated temperature tests. + Carry out cosmetic cleaning and repairs. + Perform In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Assemble kits and build pallets for shipping. + Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process. Essential Skills + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work effectively with others. + Comfortable being on feet for the entire workday. + Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Hand dexterity. + Punctuality. + Experience in assembly, packing, and repair. + Familiarity with soldering, test equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, and power tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
