Job Description
Assemble and build products in accordance with drawings, instructions, or schematics. Embrace variety in daily tasks, learn new processes and products, and strive for continuous improvement. Build products from start to finish, including inspecting and testing. Work in a quality environment that promotes a healthy workplace culture.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble and wire electrical components and systems based on engineering specifications.
+ Test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
+ Adapt to new processes and products, continuously improving skills.
+ Maintain precision and efficiency in assembly tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in assembly techniques.
+ Technical aptitude and ability to read schematics.
+ Detail-oriented and commitment to safety.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in electrical assembly is preferred.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment
Experience working in a climate-controlled, open-plan office/warehouse environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashland, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
