**Assembler** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated assembler to join our team and contribute to the assembly of small magnetic components for the Aerospace, Aviation, and Medical Device Industries. The assembler will be responsible for retrieving their own pieces, following work orders and instructions, and assembling the components to meet industry standards. Responsibilities + Operate and maintain magnetizing, demagnetizing, and marking equipment effectively. + Train fellow assemblers on equipment use and assembly techniques. + Provide initial approval and supervision for other assemblers. + Assemble intricate magnet components using detailed blueprints and work instructions. + Follow stringent quality, customer, and safety requirements. + Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance assembly processes. + Record tracking information on work orders and maintain computerized records. + Lead and collaborate within assembly teams, especially for larger or more intricate products. + Maintain a tidy work environment conducive to efficient operations. + Adapt dynamically to evolving product requirements and changes. + Meet challenging demands for quality, responsiveness, and deadlines. + Provide technical expertise across various industries. + Assist with special projects and undertake assigned duties. Essential Skills + Ability to work with small parts. + Strong attention to detail. + Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. + Strong communication and listening skills. + Proficient in reading and understanding QMS Systems and work instructions. + Action-oriented and independent in approach. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Minimum 1 year of experience in product assembly or following precise processes. + Experience with hand or power tools is advantageous. + No degree required. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
