Job Title: Accumulator Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Accumulator Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality by completing and filing inspection and test reports while maintaining tools and assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of products.Assist with detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators.Detail and assemble standard, special, and custom accumulators.Complete and file inspection and test reports.Maintain all tools and assembly equipment, reporting any malfunctions.Perform or assist with final product operations, including painting, rust prevention, packing, and crating.Work from drawings, parts lists, specifications, and instruction manuals.Use basic shop mathematics and a variety of inspection tools and gauges.

Essential Skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Around 1 year of mechanical assembly experience.Around 1 year of blueprint experience.Familiarity with hand and power tools, including air guns.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with assistance required for heavier loads.Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Capability to work effectively with hand tools and wiring.Experience in carpentry, construction, and assembly line production is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
