Job Description
Join our Smartop assembly department where you will engage in tasks such as adding insulation and trim, drilling, and securing components with rivets and screws. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and templates, along with the ability to take precise measurements using tape measures.
Responsibilities
+ Add insulation and trim to products.
+ Perform drilling and secure components using rivets and screws.
+ Use hand and power tools efficiently.
+ Utilize templates and take accurate measurements with tape measures.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
+ Prior experience working with rivets and screws.
+ Troubleshooting and general production skills.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working with aluminum parts, which are generally light.
+ Commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and tidy facility manufacturing spa and hot tub accessories such as risers and covers. Expect a warm environment during the summer due to the absence of air conditioning and the operation of ovens. The job involves working with powder, so it can get messy. Employees are expected to maintain cleanliness in their workstations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, Washington.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
