2nd Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM ($19.47 Starting, $23.84/HR at 1 year)
Job Description
You will be responsible for assembling products and operating equipment safely and productively while ensuring quality parts and assemblies. The role demands a focus on ergonomics and manufacturing excellence.
Responsibilities
Assemble, package, and label products.Operate equipment and tools such as impact wrenches, drills, mallets, screwdrivers, and pneumatic rivet guns.Continuously produce at an acceptable level of productivity with supervision.Ensure quality finished goods with acceptable workmanship and minimal quality issues.Maintain assembly jigs, hand tools, and equipment in good working order.Possess basic product knowledge, including understanding which types of wheels belong on specific products, model numbers, bearings, nuts, and bolts.Keep a clean and organized workplace by properly storing tools and hardware, sweeping the floor, and disposing of trash appropriately.Notify the Production Supervisor of tools in need of repair, low inventory, and any poor quality of products being assembled.Accurately read assembly drawings for dimensions, parts lists, assembly instructions, and CTQs.Perform tasks safely, including wearing safety glasses and gloves as described in JHA requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing assembly preferred.Ability to read a tape measure in both fractions and decimals.Familiarity with order picking, warehouse operations, and general production.Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with packaging, assembly, labelling, packing, and using hand tools.Strong general labor skills.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $18.47 - $20.47/hr.
