**Job Title: Assembly Technician** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician responsible for assembling aluminum containers and steel products using both hand and power tools, guided by blueprints. The role includes operating machinery and ensuring product quality through careful inspection. Responsibilities + Assemble aluminum containers and steel products using hand and power tools based on blueprints. + Operate machinery to support assembly processes. + Conduct inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications. + Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Essential Skills + Mechanical aptitude and assembly skills. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience in mechanical assembly and inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Level 1: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. + Level 2: 3-5 years of experience with the ability to operate various machines and understand all departmental processes. + Familiarity with work instructions, schematic reading, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems. + Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Work Environment You will work in a clean, industrial manufacturing environment with hours from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday. The facility is a modern 250,000 square foot space equipped to handle a wide variety of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, water jet cutting, and robotic welding. Our design engineers utilize the latest techniques and software to support production of commercial and military aircraft, aerospace, and shipping products. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aston, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
