**Job Title: Assembler**
**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of both standard and custom parts. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring they meet rigorous standards before reaching our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of parts.
+ Assist in final product operations including painting, rust prevention, packing, and crating.
+ Complete and maintain inspection and test reports accurately.
+ Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, parts lists, specifications, and manuals.
+ Use basic shop math and a variety of inspection tools and gauges.
**Qualifications**
Required:
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ At least 1 year of assembly experience.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading a plus
+ Comfortable using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
Preferred:
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Experience with precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, air guns).
+ Familiarity with wiring and component assembly.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
