**Job Title: Assembler - Day Shift** Job Description Join a large technology manufacturer in Post Falls as an Assembler, where you will play a key role in creating essential components for the telecommunications, renewable energy, and transportation industries. This position offers on-the-job training and a gradual increase in technical assembly responsibilities. Responsibilities + Utilize hand tools to assemble a variety of small parts. + Build industrial surge protectors and other electronic components. + Start with simple duties, such as assembling component casings, and progress to more technical assembly tasks. + Perform fast-paced work to efficiently build parts. + Work in a clean and bright manufacturing environment with no heavy lifting required. Essential Skills + Ability to read schematics and drawings. + Basic mechanical and assembly skills. + Familiarity with electronics. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Good attitude and attendance. + Eagerness to work with hands and build things. + No prior experience required, making it a great entry-level opportunity. + Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. + Comfortable performing repetitive tasks. + Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
