**Job Title: Assembler** Job Description Join our team as an Assembler in a full-time, long-term role producing carpeted products for the automotive industry. You will be loading and unloading materials and assemblies into the presses, performing inspections, and producing a formed/trimmed product. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities + Load and unload materials and assemblies into the presses. + Perform inspections on carpeted products. + Produce formed and trimmed products. + Handle carpet assemblies weighing 10-15 pounds. + Lift up to 50 lbs when handling materials. Essential Skills + Experience in manufacturing and production. + Competence in inspection and assembly tasks. + Reliable and good attendance record. + Willingness to work overtime and weekends. + Must be at least 18 years old. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Stable work history of at least 1-2 years at previous jobs. + Ability to adapt to a high-production environment. Why Work Here? The environment is dynamic, with about 70 production employees per shift across three facilities. Training is comprehensive, and you will be paired with experienced employees from day one to ensure you quickly become proficient in your role. Expect to learn multiple tasks within your first week.
