Join a leading boat manufacturer and help build high-quality watercraft—no prior experience required! **What You’ll Do:** + Assemble boat parts like hulls, decks, and cabins using hand/power tools + Measure and fit components accurately + Follow blueprints and instructions + Work with a team to meet production goals + Keep tools and work areas clean and safe Bring your motivation—we’ll teach you the rest! **Qualifications:** + Experience using hand and power tools + Ability to read a tape measure accurately + High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) + Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment + Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled shop **Preferred (Not Required):** + Mechanical aptitude + Team-oriented mindset + Familiarity with MRP systems or warehouse practices + Experience in marine or manufacturing environments **What We Offer:** + Four-day work week with potential for overtime + Shift differential for night shift (if available) + Personal protective equipment provided (bring your steel toe boots) + Dynamic and supportive shop environment + Opportunity to contribute to the production of iconic boats recognized worldwide **Ready to launch your career?
