**Job Title: Assembly Technician** Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Assembly Technician to join our team, focusing on mechanical and electrical assembly of small power drives. This role requires precision and attention to detail as you work with small hand and power tools to assemble products following engineering documents. Responsibilities + Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of small power drives. + Utilize small hand and power tools effectively. + Assemble products according to engineering documents. + Operate a computer to update the manufacturing status of jobs. + Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process continually. + Complete and maintain all required paperwork accurately. Essential Skills + 1+ year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly. + Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding of schematics and blueprints. + Experience in electrical and mechanical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications + GED or High School Diploma. Why Work Here? Engage in small part assembly without the need for heavy lifting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
