As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and installing parts using hand tools, air tools, and power tools according to work instructions and specifications. You will fit, wire, and connect components using equipment as per instructions, attend to equipment to ensure proper operation, participate in the maintenance of production equipment and facilities, and perform routine inspections to ensure product quality. Identifying and addressing potentially unsafe conditions is also a key part of the role.

Essential Skills1+ year of assembly experience.Experience with hand tools such as calipers and micrometers.Ability to assemble products using blueprints or work instructions.High School Diploma or GED required.Ability to read, speak, and write English.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with mechanical and manufacturing processes.Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 45 pounds for up to 10 hours per shift.Ability to distinguish basic colors and shades.Good attendance, attitude, and work history are crucial.Willingness to be trained and move around the facility to assist as needed.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, industrial environment with approximately 10 workstations. You will work in a line with 3-4 team members in a medium-sized warehouse. The facility is enclosed, except for two open shipping and receiving doors. Enjoy a beautiful workspace where you will stand 100% of the time. Dress code includes a plain black t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. Shifts are available from 6AM-2:30PM and 2:30PM-11PM.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
