Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team, responsible for assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and systems using hand tools, light assembly equipment, and lead-free solder stations. Assemblers are expected to follow production work instructions and shop orders to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in product assembly. Responsibilities + Set up and operate equipment, tools, and fixtures for product assembly. + Solder wires and components to printed circuit boards. + Assemble and solder wiring harnesses. + Hand assemble plastic and metal heat sinks and case parts. + Conduct functional testing of work in progress and completed units. + Package finished goods in boxes and clamshells. + Collaborate with the production supervisor to ensure product quality by identifying and resolving assembly issues and highlighting continuous improvement opportunities. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment. + Read and apply documented quality system procedures. Essential Skills + Experience in electronic assembly and small part assembly. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Soldering skills. + Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams. + Basic mechanical and/or electrical knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in assembly, wiring, and soldering is strongly preferred. + Strong hand dexterity. + Ability to work independently by following work orders. Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a team of 10-14 people. 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and flexible starting times between 6:00 am and 9:00 am. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
