Job Description
The Assembler is responsible for setting up and executing assembly functions such as insert installation, fastening, bonding, spot welding, part marking, masking, sanding, and measuring. The role also involves running plastic molding machines for small parts in the aerospace and medical industries.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and execute assembly functions including insert installation, fastening, bonding, and spot welding.
+ Perform part marking, masking, sanding, and measuring.
+ Operate plastic molding machines for small parts production.
+ Ensure all tasks are completed in adherence to documented procedures and tolerances.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with assembly, production, and blueprint reading.
+ Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Basic skills in mechanical and electrical assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to use light power tools correctly and safely.
+ Capable of performing highly repetitive tasks while ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and quality.
+ Close attention to detail in reading, writing, and completing all work documentation.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $19.75/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
