**Job Title: Assembler**
Job Description
Join our production team as an Assembler, where you'll play a key role in constructing electrical panels and assembling units for testing and finished goods. Your attention to detail and patience will be vital as you follow wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
Responsibilities
+ Work on electrical panels in the production department.
+ Assemble units for test and finished goods.
+ Follow wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings with precision.
+ Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
+ Previous experience using basic hand tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Understanding of rework processes.
+ Ability to read and write English proficiently.
Work Environment
The work will be conducted in a production environment, primarily seated at an assembly bench. You will be responsible for assembling the outer box for PCB boards. The work is repetitive and requires consistent focus and dedication.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
