Key Responsibilities:Assemble boat components such as hulls, decks, and cabins using hand and power toolsAccurately measure and fit parts using tape measures and other instrumentsFollow blueprints and instructions to ensure high-quality craftsmanshipCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsMaintain tools and keep your workspace clean and organizedAdhere to safety and quality standards throughout the processQualifications:Experience using hand and power toolsAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyHigh school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentAbility to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled shopPreferred (Not Required):Mechanical aptitudeTeam-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with MRP systems or warehouse practicesExperience in marine or manufacturing environmentsWhat We Offer:Four-day work week with potential for overtimeShift differential for night shift (if available)Personal protective equipment provided (bring your steel toe boots)Dynamic and supportive shop environmentOpportunity to contribute to the production of iconic boats recognized worldwideReady to launch your career? The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
