Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. This role involves building components to create finished products. The position is available across multiple shifts, with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities
Assemble sub-components and finished products using hand and power tools.Operate an overhead crane tReview assembly diagrams to determine parts and quantities needed.Lift up to 60lbs to fit products together, requiring physical activities such as climbing, standing, and extending arms for extended periods.Essential Skills
Experience using hand tools and power tools.Ability to read assembly drawings and schematics.Skill in operating an overhead crane.Familiarity with tape measures and blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required upon permanent conversion, with a company-funded GED program available.Ability to lift 50lbs+ independently.Comfortable with standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $21.00/hr.
