**Job Title: UAV Assembly Technician** Job Description Join our dynamic team to assemble unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for Department of Defense customers. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities + Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. + Perform electrical wiring and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality. + Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently. + Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards. + Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines. + Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed. + Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability. Essential Skills + 3 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems. + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred. + Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field. + Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes and techniques. + Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. + Valid US passport. + Willingness to travel up to 20%. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Technical certifications or relevant vocational training in electro-mechanical systems. Why Work Here?
