**Job Title: Assembler** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Assembler who can work under direct supervision and take instructions from supervisors, managers, and leads. You will be part of a team that values cooperation and productivity. After completing training, you must be capable of reading, understanding, and following written procedures without deviation. You will work in a controlled environment, adhering to our quality management system. Your role involves operating basic equipment such as ultrasonic welders and arbor presses, using manual hand tools like scalpels, and basic measurement equipment such as rulers. An understanding of cleanroom environment requirements, good documentation practices, and good manufacturing processes is essential. Responsibilities + Work under direct supervision and follow instructions from supervisors, managers, and leads. + Cooperate and work productively in a team environment. + Read and understand written procedures and follow them accurately after training. + Operate basic equipment such as ultrasonic welders and arbor presses. + Utilize manual hand tools like scalpels and measurement equipment such as rulers. + Comply with cleanroom environment requirements and follow good documentation practices. + Adhere to good manufacturing processes and line clearance guidelines. + Perform all other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Ability to read and understand English. + Good eyesight and precision with attention to detail. + Hand dexterity for quality assurance. + Experience in production, assembly, and cleanroom operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Cleanroom assembly experience is a plus. + Mechanical and inspection skills. + Experience with machine operation and general labor. Why Work Here? This setting requires adherence to specific cleanliness and procedural standards. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
