**Job Title: Assembler** Job Description We are seeking an Assembler responsible for various levels of electro-mechanical assembly and electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics. The role involves working with hand, power, and pneumatic tools, as well as small scale assembly on PCBs, PCAs, and display boards. Responsibilities + Perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics. + Utilize hand, power, and pneumatic tools effectively. + Assemble small components on PCBs, PCAs, and display boards. + Crimp cables and wiring according to schematics. + Follow work instructions to ensure proper assembly and quality. Essential Skills + Minimum of 1 year of mechanical or electrical work experience. + Strong communication skills. + Proficiency in using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. + Experience with mechanical and electronic assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High levels of soldering expertise are preferred. + Previous electro-mechanical work experience is advantageous. + An AA or BS degree in electronics is a plus. Work Environment Join a team of approximately 24 people in a brand new facility designed for efficient production, testing, and shipping processes. The work environment offers opportunities for cross-training across various assembly stations. The standard shift is from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
