Our client, a subsidiary of a major international heavy equipment manufacturer, is seeking Assemblers to join their operations team. An Assembler is responsible for assembly and disassembly, testing and packaging of product. Responsibilities + Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy + Use of pneumatic tools, including grinders, air ratchet, impact gun and rivet gun + Slag removal via air gun and mallet + Steam clean pieces to ensure part is from?dirt and chips + Dip parts into rust remover + Oil parts prior to packaging + Final inspection of parts + Band work pieces and prepare for shipping Requirements: + High School Diploma or equivalent + Ability to stand for long periods of time + Ability to perform repetitive operations + Ability to life up to 35 lbs Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: + Blueprint reading experience + Caliper and other measuring tool reading + Attention to detail + Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training + Effective communication skills Why People Stay “I started here thinking it would be temporary.
