**Job Title: Assembler**
Job Description
As an Assembler / Production Associate, you will be responsible for production activities that transform raw materials or semi-finished goods into finished products or services. You will work the 1st shift, Monday to Thursday from 5am to 3pm, with optional shifts on Fridays or Saturdays.
Responsibilities
+ Perform mechanical assembly using hand and pneumatic tools.
+ Transform raw materials or semi-finished goods into finished products.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Essential Skills
+ High School Degree or GED preferred but not required.
+ 2-5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
+ Familiarity with hand and pneumatic tools such as drivers and screwdrivers.
+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
+ Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in commercial lighting fixture assembly is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled and fairly clean environment with moderate noise levels. Individual stations are used for assembling commercial lighting fixtures. Safety glasses and steel-toed boots are required on the work floor.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Littlestown, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.38 - $18.38/hr.
