The individual in this role will work at a bench to cut vinyl material and assemble guards and other subassemblies. This will require measuring with a ruler, cutting with scissors or knives, and using a small heat press machine to bond fabric. Additionally, the role involves mechanical assembly of hinges and brackets using screwdrivers and allen wrenches.

Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the day.Stand for up to 8 hours per day.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment
The work environment is currently a small setup with around 20 employees, including a manufacturing team of five. As a startup, the company is transitioning to a new location that will more than double the current space. The environment may appear cluttered due to this transition, but it is a place where employees are happy to contribute to impactful projects both nationally and internationally. The work schedule is from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a paid lunch break from 11:00 to 11:30. Flexibility in start and end times may be available after training.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
